How Many Sessions is the Roundtable? 12 monthly sessions.
How Long Is Each Session? Each monthly session goes from 10 am - 4 pm MT, CEOs and Coach have a private session from 4-5 pm.
Is the Roundtable Virtual or In-Person? During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Roundtable will be in virtual format until only. Once the restrictions are lifted, Utah-based companies will again meet face-to-face in a location TBD while other teams remain virtual.
How Many Team Members Can Attend? The CEO and up to four additional members of the leadership team.
Why do I have to Apply for the Roundtable? Great roundtables are all about fit among the participating teams. Each CEO will be pre-qualified to get a better understanding of their learning style and group interaction skills.
When Will the Roundtable Start? We will have four intakes annually, in March, June, September, and December.
What is the Cost? The cost of roundtable participation is $3,000 per month
What Are the Payment Terms? Monthly billing (net 15)
Is it Possible to be Kicked Out of the Roundtable? Yes. If you are not completing your assignments or behave inappropriately, your team can be voted out of the roundtable. Your initial payment, and any monthly fees paid, are non-refundable.
Will We Cover Additional Concepts or Just Scaling Up? Yes, there are several major business frameworks and concepts covered, drawing from a vast toolkit that have helped Tenfold clients scale.
Are there Other Fees? Yes, you will be charged a monthly billing fee of $7-$8/user (depending on exchange rate) for access to Metronome accountability software.
Will We Receive Other Tools? Yes. In addition to Metronome, you will be given free access to Cash Flow Story, a talent assessment tool to grade your entire company, and will be given assessments twice annually.
